Ceramic heater is used in Gülmak Nova Series Electric Coffee Roasting Machine models. The ceramic heater reduces electricity consumption to the minimum possible level. In our gas coffee roasting machine models, a proportional gas valve that works proportionally with the software is used. The proportional valve continuously and automatically reduces the flame length proportionally and automatically as it approaches the roasting degree. It minimises gas consumption.

Working only with natural gas may be restrictive in the future when you move the machine and change the location. The new location of the machine may not have a natural gas connection.
